Cancellation Policy for Delco Grocery and Food Delivery:

At Delco, we understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel your grocery or food delivery order. We strive to provide a convenient and hassle-free experience for our customers. 1. Order Cancellation:
   1.1. For Grocery Orders:
        - You can cancel your grocery order anytime before the scheduled delivery time.
        - To cancel your grocery order, please contact our customer support team via phone or email and provide your order details.
        - If your order has already been processed or is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, please contact customer support for further assistance.

   1.2. For Food Delivery Orders:
        - You can cancel your food delivery order within a reasonable time before the estimated delivery time.
        - To cancel your food delivery order, please use the cancellation option available in our mobile app or website.
        - If the restaurant has already started preparing your order or the delivery partner is en route to your location, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact customer support for further assistance.

2. Refund Policy:
   2.1. Grocery Orders:
        - If you cancel your grocery order before it has been processed or dispatched, a full refund will be provided using the original payment method.
        - If your order has been processed or dispatched, you may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to the discretion of Delco. Delivery fees may not be refundable.
        - Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame, and the exact time may vary based on your payment provider.

   2.2. Food Delivery Orders:
        - If you cancel your food delivery order before it has been confirmed by the restaurant, a full refund will be provided using the original payment method.
        - If your order has been confirmed by the restaurant, you may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to the discretion of Delco. Delivery fees may not be refundable.
        - Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame, and the exact time may vary based on your payment provider.

3. Exceptions:
   3.1. In case of quality issues or incorrect items in your delivered order, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and may provide an appropriate refund or replacement.
   3.2. If there are unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control that impact our ability to fulfill your order or provide delivery services, we reserve the right to cancel orders or delay deliveries. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and provide suitable alternatives or refunds.
